What is Shopping History?
Your Shopping History will display all the transactions you have made via the Online Mall, and will include the date of purchase, store, order amount and Qantas Points earned. It will also state whether each purchase is Pending, Completed or Declined in relation to earning points.
Where the transaction has a ⊕ symbol next to it, you can expand the display to view more information, if for example, the transaction contains multiple items. Please note that the purchase amount in your Shopping History may differ from the amount on your receipt because most stores do not award points on GST, delivery and non-eligible products. The purchase amount displayed in your Shopping History is the amount which is eligible to earn points.
Transactions will usually appear in your Shopping History between 48 hours and 7 days after purchase. If you cannot see a purchase in your Shopping History after this time please Contact Us and we'll investigate.
Once the store approves your transaction, or the eligible parts of your transaction, it will change to Completed. The time this takes will depend on how long each store allows for returns or exchanges and will usually be within 60 days of purchase, but may take up to 150 days.
