Why aren’t my Qantas Points showing in my account for my purchase?
Qantas Points will usually be credited to your account within 60 days of making an eligible purchase, as long as you don’t cancel, exchange or return your order. Please note that some stores may take up to 150 days to approve the transaction so that Qantas Points can be credited.
Your transactions will display in your Shopping History as Pending transactions, until the store approves the transaction.
