How long will it take for Qantas Points to be credited to my account?
This depends on the time it takes for a store to approve a transaction, which is determined by how long that store allows for returns or exchanges. Most stores approve within 60 days of purchase, but some may take up to 150 days.
Each time you shop successfully through the Online Mall, your transaction will be shown in your Shopping History as a Pending status. Once the store has approved the points against the transaction, it will change to a Completed status. You will receive your Qantas Points up to 48 hours after your transaction status changes to Completed.Back to all FAQ's
