How do I claim Qantas Points for flights that I have taken and the points have not been credited to my account?
Qantas (QF), QantasLink (QF), Jetstar (JQ), Jetstar Japan (GK), Jetstar Asia (3K), Jetstar Pacifc (BL), Air North (TL), Air Vanuatu (NF), Alaska Airlines (AS), American Airlines (AA), British Airways (BA), Cathay Pacific (CX), Cathay Dragon (KA), China Eastern (MU), Emirates (EK), Fiji Airways (FJ), Finnair (AY), Japan Airlines (JP), JALways (JO), JAL Express (JC), Japan Transocean Air (NU), Jet Airways (9W), LATAM (LA, JJ, 4M, XL, LP), Malaysia Airlines (MH), Qatar Airlines (QR), S7 Airlines (S7), and Sri Lankan Airlines (UL).
Before claiming missing points, check your points activity to see if the points have been credited and the eligibility of your flown flight(s). If the name on your airline ticket matches the name on your Frequent Flyer account, points will automatically be credited within 14 days of travel. If there are discrepancies between the name on your Frequent Flyer account and the name on your airline ticket, you may not receive points and Status Credits through the automated process and are unable to use the Claim Missing Points online service . For your online claim to be successful, you must input the required information correctly as per your boarding pass or documentation.
Claims for all other partner airlines need to be made to the Frequent Flyer Service Centre via email to email@example.com. You will need to include original boarding passes, copies of tickets along with any other supporting documentation confirming your entitlement to the missing points.
If there are discrepancies between the name on your Frequent Flyer account and the name used on your airline ticket, or the partner airline isn't offered online, send your Frequent Flyer number as it appears on your card or in your confirmation emial once you've joined the program, your name and a legible copy of your e-ticket receipt and boarding pass or ticket to the Frequent Flyer Service Centre: via email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Claims can take up to 14 days to process and you'll need to check your points activity to see if your claim was successful. Please retain your documentation until your claim has been processed. All claims must be made within 12 months of the eligible flight and you can claim points for any eligible flights you've taken up to 30 days before your enrolment date.
You can only earn points for eligible paid travel that you've taken.
