How do I update my details in my Frequent Flyer account?

On qantaspoints.com: You can view and update your details, including email address, phone numbers and special interests.  You will need to log in using your Frequent Flyer membership number and PIN. If you do not know your PIN, you can request a temporary PIN at Forgotten Your PIN.

On qantas.com:  You can view and update your details, including address, email address, phone numbers, and seat preferences as well as updating your payment cards* details online by visiting Your Profile. You will need to log in using your Frequent Flyer membership number and PIN. If you do not know your PIN, you can request a temporary PIN at Forgotten Your PIN.

Alternatively you can call the Frequent Flyer Service Centre and speak to one of our consultants. Please ensure you have your membership number available when calling.

For your account security, we are unable to change or provide Frequent Flyer account information via email or in writing.

(* Please note payment card details can only be updated if you already have existing payment card details in your profile. If you currently have no existing payment card details in your profile they can only be added once a new booking has been made on qantas.com. During the booking process there is an option to store your payment card details to your profile.)
