What do I do if I've forgotten my Frequent Flyer PIN?
To request a new PIN, visit Forgotten Your PIN where:
- We can send you a temporary PIN if you have a valid email address in your Profile; or
- If you have changed your email address or you do not have an email address, you can then provide security information and choose a new PIN. You can then use your PIN to log in to Your Account.
If you're unable to use our online Forgotten Your PIN service, you will need to call the Frequent Flyer Service Centre and speak to one of our consultants. Please ensure that you have your membership number available when calling.
