Auto Rewards is better than ever. Make sure you don't miss out.
Auto Rewards is going digital*, and from November, Auto Rewards Gift Cards will no longer be sent by post. Instead, we will be sending a Woolworths WISH eGift Card^ to the Email Address you’ve provided in Your Profile. A digital gift card^ is so easy and convenient. You can print it or download it onto your phone - then redeem at the checkout in participating Woolworths group stores or online.
What do I need to do?
Please ensure that you have provided us with an Email Address* so you can continue to enjoy a quarterly reward in your inbox.
What happens if I’ve chosen not to receive Qantas Frequent Flyer emails?
Now Auto Rewards is going digital, you will need to confirm you want to stay signed up to Auto Rewards to give us permission to send Woolworths WISH eGift Cards^ to your Email Address. This will not subscribe you to any other Qantas Frequent Flyer marketing emails~.
Other things you need to know:
- You must have at least the required number of Qantas Points in your account for each Auto Rewards quarter (1 February, 1 May, 1 August and 1 November, each called a Trigger Date) to receive Auto Rewards.
- Qantas Points will be deducted from your account within five days of the Trigger Date. Auto Rewards is only available to Australian residents. You will not be eligible to receive Auto Rewards if you do not have a valid Australian Mailing Address in Your Profile.
- Auto Rewards Gift Cards must be used by the expiry date specified on the Woolworths WISH eGift Card or shown on the Woolworths Gift Card (as applicable)^.
- Auto Rewards Gift Cards may be used at participating Woolworths group stores or online, see everydaygiftcards.com.au for the list of participating retailers.

You may unsubscribe from Auto Rewards by visiting qantaspoints.com/autorewards, logging in and following the steps to unsubscribe, or calling Qantas on 13 11 31. Unsubscribing by telephone will incur a service fee (the "Auto Rewards Service Fee") described on qantas.com/terms. To be eligible for Auto Rewards, you must be an Australian resident and have a valid Australian Mailing Address and Email Address in Your Profile (qantaspoints.com/yourprofile).
* From November 2015, Auto Rewards will be delivered as Digital Gift Cards (Woolworths WISH eGift Card) to your Email Address. If you do not have a valid or current Email Address in Your Profile, in November you will receive a Physical Gift Card (Woolworths Gift Card) to your Australian Mailing Address. If you do not have a valid or current Australian Mailing Address or Email Address in Your Profile, you will not be eligible to receive Auto Rewards.
