What do I need to do to enter the competition?
You need to:
- Be a member of both Qantas Frequent Flyer and Woolworths Rewards.
- Choose to get Qantas Points with Woolworths Rewards. To do this, make sure you login at woolworthsrewards.com.au and select the ‘Convert to Qantas Points’ option in your redemption settings here. Make sure your Qantas Frequent Flyer number is linked to your Woolworths Rewards account by entering your Qantas Frequent Flyer number.
- Scan your Woolworths Rewards card every time you shop at Woolworths, or enter your Woolworths Rewards membership card number when you make a purchase online between 29 September and 12 November 2017*.

Where can I scan my Woolworths Rewards card to enter the draw?
You can shop and scan your Woolworths Rewards card at any Woolworths store in Australia. There’s good news for online shopper too - If you prefer to shop for groceries online, you can enter the draw by making sure your Rewards card number is saved in your online account. There’s no minimum amount you need to spend - the more you shop, the more entries you’ll get.
Can I enter the competition without choosing to get Qantas Points on my shopping?
No, you must choose to get Qantas Points to enter the competition. To get Qantas Points, you must link your Qantas Frequent Flyer number and choose Qantas Points as your preferred option in your Woolworths Rewards account. Then every time you shop and scan your Woolworths Rewards card you can earn Woolworths Points. Once your balance reaches 2,000 Woolworths Points they will automatically convert to $10 Woolworths Dollars and subsequently convert to 870 Qantas Points.
What happens if I change my Woolworths Rewards redemption option during the competition? Will I still get an entry in the draw?
As long as ‘Convert to Qantas Points’ is selected in your Woolworths Rewards account at the time the competition ends at 11.59pm (AEDT) 12 November 2017, every transaction that was made during the promotional period where you have provided your Woolworths Rewards card or number will give you an entry in the draw.
Is there a minimum amount I need to spend to enter?
No, there is no minimum spend. Every scan on a single transaction counts as an entry in the draw.
What do I do if I’ve lost my Woolworths Rewards card or membership details?
To order a replacement or additional Woolworths Rewards card, or access your account, you will need to log in at woolworthsrewards.com.au with either your Woolworths Rewards card number (located on the physical Woolworths card) or the email address that your Woolworths emails go to. Emails that you receive from Woolworths Rewards will also contain your Woolworths Rewards card number. If you still cannot access your account call Woolworths on 1300 10 1234 option 1.
I’ve just joined Woolworths Rewards online. Do I need to wait for my Woolworths Rewards card to arrive before I can get an entry?
When you join online, you will receive a digital card to print and scan until the Welcome pack arrives. If you'd prefer to shop online, you can enter your digital Woolworths Rewards card number at check
-out to gain an entry in the draw. If you go instore and grab, shop and scan a separate temporary card and link it to the registered card in the meantime, this is a new membership card which means you will not gain an entry in the draw.
I forgot my Woolworths Rewards card when I went to the shops. Can I claim an entry for my purchase?
No, you cannot retrospectively claim entries for previous purchases. If you have forgotten your card, unfortunately you will not receive an entry for that transaction.
Where is my nearest Woolworths?
You can find your nearest Woolworths by entering your postcode or suburb in the location finder. Remember to take your Woolworths Rewards card with you in-store to scan when you make a purchase.
If I pick up a temporary card and scan in-store can I gain an entry?
If you are not a member of Woolworths Rewards, you can pick up a temporary card and scan it in store. To gain an entry, you will need to go online and set up your Woolworths Rewards account using the same temporary card you scanned, then link you Qantas Frequent Flyer number to your Woolworths rewards account. Every scan on your temporary card will count as an entry in the draw.
You must be a Qantas Frequent Flyer member to earn Qantas Points. A joining fee usually applies. However, Woolworths Rewards has arranged for this to be waived for new Woolworths Rewards customers who join here. Membership and Qantas Points are subject to the Qantas Frequent Flyer Terms and Conditions, which can be found at qantas.com/terms. To get Qantas Points with Woolworths, you must be a member of Woolworths Rewards, link your Qantas Frequent Flyer number to your Woolworths Rewards account and choose to convert your Woolworths Points to Qantas Points. Every 2,000 Woolworths Points earned will be converted to 10 Woolworths Dollars which will then be converted to 870 Qantas Points. The next conversion by Woolworths will occur on 15 December 2017, to be part of this conversion, you need to select Qantas Points as your reward option before 6.00am (AEDT) 14 December 2017. Please allow up to seven days from Woolworths' conversion date for Qantas Points to appear in your Qantas Frequent Flyer Account. Selected Caltex Woolworths fuel outlets excludes all Tasmania locations and Caltex Woolworths fuel outlets with a Star Mart or Star Shop. Woolworths Rewards is not available in Tasmania.
