  1. How will I know if I have successfully registered for the offer?

    You will need to log in to your Qantas Frequent Flyer account using your membership details. If you have successfully registered, a ‘Thank you for registering message’ will appear on-screen. 

  2. I’ve been referred by more than one friend/family member and registered for the offer more than once. Will I qualify for the 10,000 bonus points for each time I’ve registered, been approved and met the spend criteria?

    No. You will only qualify for the 10,000 bonus points offer once. If you have been referred by more than one friend, only the unique link from which you first registered for the offer will apply.
     
  3. How long is the credit card application process?

    This is different for every application, but typically the credit card application process for NAB is within 4 weeks.
     
  4. What products must I be approved for and meet the minimum spend criteria in order to qualify?

  5. What is the maximum amount of bonus points that the referred friend or family member can earn?

  6. What is the 'Refer a Friend' offer period?

    Register for the 'Refer a Friend' offer between 14 November and 6 December 2018 via the unique link provided by your friend or family member, and apply for a new NAB Qantas Rewards Signature Card by 6 December. Once approved, make an everyday purchase within 30 days of account opening to earn 10,000 'Refer a Friend' bonus points.
     
  7. How long will it take for the 10,000 ‘Refer a Friend’ bonus points to land in my account and how will I identify it?

    Provided you meet the spend criteria of making an everyday purchase on your new card, they will appear in your Points Statement with the description ‘Refer a Friend bonus points’ by 28 February 2019.
     
  8. What is the difference between the spend requirement for the 10,000 ‘Refer a Friend’ offer vs. the spend requirement for the 100,000 bonus points offer?

    For the ‘Refer a Friend’ 10,000 bonus points offer, you need to make an everyday purchase using the new card within 30 days of account opening.

    To also get the credit card bonus points offer of 100,000 points, you must spend $4,000 on everyday purchases within 60 days of account opening.

    1. How many people can I refer?

      You can share the link with as many friends and family members as you’d like. Please ask their permission first, You will be awarded points for a maximum of 5 referred friends and family members who open a new NAB Qantas Rewards Signature Card and make an everyday purchase within 30 days of account opening.

    2. What is the maximum amount of points that I can earn by referring my family and friends?

      50,000 bonus points. That’s 10,000 bonus points for each successful referral (provided the Referee meets the spend criteria)
       
    3. How can I share the link?

      Copy and paste the link into an email and send them to your friends and family. Please ask their permission first. You will not be eligible to receive the bonus points if you share the link on social public media platforms (e.g. via a public post) or websites such as PointHacks or OzBargain
       
    4. Who can I share the link with?

      Your close friends and family. Qantas discourages spamming. You should only send referral messages to friends and family who genuinely want to receive them.
       
    5.  Can I share the link with non-QFF members?

      Yes, if your friend or family member is not a QFF member, they will be able to join for free prior to registering for the offer. Qantas Frequent Flyer Membership is subject to the Terms and Conditions at qantas.com/terms.
       
    6.  How long will it take for my friend/family member to receive the ‘Refer a Friend’ points?

      They will receive the points by 28 February 2019, if they meet the spend criteria of making an everyday purchase on their new card.
       
    7.  How long will it take for the ‘Refer a Friend’ points to land in my account?

      The points will be credited to your account by 28 February 2019, provided your friend/family member meets the spend criteria of making an everyday purchase on their new card.
       
    8.  How will I identify when I have received the ‘Refer a Friend’ points?

      It will appear in your Points Statement with the description ‘Refer a Friend bonus points’.
       
    9.  How will my friends/family members be contacted?

      Your friends and family members who register for this offer will not be contacted directly.
       
    10.  Can I refer friends/family who don’t live in Australia?

      No, you must only refer friends/family who reside in Australia.
       
    11.  My friend/family member forgot to use my unique link. Is there a way to track it back to my account?

      Unfortunately not, please ensure your friend/family member uses your unique link, otherwise we cannot award the points to you or your friend/family member.
