Q1: Do I need to take up all Qantas Accelerator products to earn bonus points?

A: No, you can take up one or more eligible Qantas Accelerator product (in any order). However, the more products you take up, the more bonus points you’ll earn (for maximum bonus points earn, check the email we sent you 27 April 2018).

Please note, bonus points will only be paid once per eligible Qantas Accelerator product (eg. If a member makes two purchases of AU$300 with Qantas epiQure during the promotion period, bonus points will only be paid once).

 

Q2: Do I need to take out Qantas Accelerator products in a certain order?

A: No, you can take up any of the eligible products or any combination of them in any order you choose. The eligible Accelerator products are listed in the offer email we sent to you on 27 April 2018.

 

Q3: I’ve taken out at least one eligible Qantas Accelerator product, when will the bonus points appear in my Qantas Frequent Flyer account?

A: Bonus points earned as part of this promotion will be credited to your account by 15 October 2018.

 

Q4: What can I do with 10,000 bonus points?

A: If you would like to redeem the points for flights, 10,000 points is enough for a one way Economy Sydney to Sunshine Coast, plus taxes, fees and carrier charges of AU$41.99 (on Qantas). Click here to find out all ways you can use points.

 

Q5: I received the offer email from a friend. Am I still eligible for the offer?

A: Unless you were specifically targeted for this offer and received an email directly from Qantas Frequent Flyer on 27 April 2018, you are not eligible for this offer.

 

Q6: I’ve loaded / transferred over AU$5,000 equivalent directly in foreign currency with Qantas Cash during the Promotion Period and thus loaded double the minimum amount of AU$1,000. Does this mean my bonus Qantas Points will be multiplied by two?

A: No, bonus points will be awarded once per eligible Qantas Accelerator product only.

 

Q7: I’ve spent over AU$1,000 on Qantas epiQure / Qantas Hotels during the Promotion Period and thus spent double the minimum spend of AU$500, does this mean my standard Qantas Points will be multiplied by 2?

A: No, bonus points will be awarded once per eligible Qantas Accelerator product only.

 

Q8: If my hotel stay extends beyond 31 July 2018, am I still eligible for the offer?

A: As long as the first day of your hotel stay commences on or before 31 July 2018, you will be eligible for the offer.

 

Q9: For Qantas Hotels, Qantas epiQure and Qantas Cash: do I need to meet the minimum spend/load/transfer amount in a single transaction to be eligible for the bonus offer?

A: No, multiple transactions during the Promotion Period are permitted and will be aggregated to determine whether you’ve met the minimum spend criteria for each product to be eligible for this bonus offer.

 

Q10: I applied for a Qantas Premier credit card before 31 July 2018 but did not receive approval until after 31 July 2018, am I still eligible for the offer?

A: No, unfortunately you must apply and be approved for the Qantas Premier credit card by 31 July 2018 to be eligible for the offer.

 

Q11: If I take out an eligible Qantas Accelerator product during the Promotion Period but then had to cancel it, will I still be awarded bonus points?

A: This bonus offer will not apply for eligible Qantas Accelerator product/s that are cancelled before 30 September 2018.
