# "Gross Annual Premium" means the total annual premium payable by a customer calculated at the time of purchase of an Eligible Health Insurance Product excluding any applicable Government rebates applied to reduce the cost of the policy and including any Lifetime Health Cover loading applied to the policy. Qantas Points are only earned on the gross annual premium for the first year the insurance policy is held.
